From Advocacy to Federal RICO Leadership
 
Sharifi began in advocacy, standing between people being mistreated and those responsible for the harm. When that power was redirected toward her, she began examining more than the conduct itself. She looked at the organizations behind it—their corporate structures, decision-making chains, financial relationships, public-private arrangements, regulatory obligations, and the records used to explain what they were doing.
 
The red flags did not remain isolated. They connected.
 
She recognized that she had found her first federal RICO case.
 
That recognition was the beginning of the work, not the conclusion. Understanding the structure required her to study federal RICO law, predicate acts, mail and wire fraud, regulatory fraud, anti-money-laundering principles, corporate governance, federal and state compliance, evidentiary standards, and the case law governing each part of the analysis.
 
The complexity of the matter demanded more. She developed the disciplines required to investigate it: financial-fraud analysis, forensic accounting, Form 990 review, forensic document analysis, public-records investigation, evidence preservation, due diligence, internal investigations, intelligence analysis, cyber threat intelligence, threat and risk analysis, and federal whistleblower submission development.
 
Those competencies were not collected as credentials. Each one was built because the case required it.
 
As the work expanded, she assembled a team seasoned in complex federal RICO matters — members whose command of the underlying disciplines has consistently exceeded her own.
 
Today, as founder and CEO of Nooshin’s World™, she leads the investigative strategy, legal framework, evidentiary standards, risk analysis, research priorities, and federal submission development. The team examines complex relationships across organizations, decision-makers, financial structures, regulatory systems, and recurring conduct. It maps potential predicate acts, tests every finding against the record, and distinguishes verified evidence from inference and unresolved questions.
 
The work is built from primary-source documentation outward. Records are preserved, cross-referenced, and analyzed against the governing statute and case law. Federal matters are developed for submission to the IRS, FBI, and DOJ. Nothing rests on assertion alone.
