MISSION STATEMENT

Nooshin's World™ exists to expose and help stop organized fraud against the United States government — conduct that, mapped within the federal RICO framework, includes false claims, wire and mail fraud, self-dealing, conflicts of interest, obstruction, regulatory misconduct, financial fraud, and the coordinated misuse of public funds.

The money being taken is taxpayer money. It belongs to the public and is meant to support lawful federal programs, public institutions, essential services, and the people those systems are supposed to serve. When organizations manipulate records, conceal conflicts, submit false information, divert government funding, or protect misconduct through corporate and administrative structures, the public bears the loss.

Our mission is to identify those patterns, document them through verified, primary-source evidence — nothing taken on assertion — map the conduct within the federal RICO framework, prepare IRS Form 211 submissions, and place the resulting record before the IRS, FBI, and DOJ. Where public accountability requires it, the evidence and findings are also placed in public view.

We do not exist merely to describe corruption after the damage is done. We exist to find it, prove it, report it, expose it, and help stop the continuing theft of public money.

Taxpayer funds are not corporate loot. Federal programs are not private revenue streams. RICO conduct against the United States government must be documented, exposed, and stopped.
