• Include: URL, agency or database, document name, date, entity name, record number
• Records we use: IRS Form 990s, federal and state filings, Secretary of State records, financial disclosures, property records, permits, regulatory records, government contracts, grant and funding records, court and administrative records
• No hearsay, rumor, speculation, or unsupported allegations
• No internal or non-public records — no work emails, no company files
• No audio
• Internal evidence? File it yourself with the IRS using Form 211 here.

• All material must be lawfully obtained
• Nothing from hacking, unauthorized access, stolen credentials, unauthorized password sharing, interception, theft, trespass, or circumvention of security controls
• Nothing from another person's phone, computer, email, cloud account, messaging account, database, or system
• No altered or fabricated records, and do not remove material information from a record
• No privileged material, sealed records, protective-order material, or material restricted by court order
• Do not gather evidence on our behalf — we do not direct anyone to investigate, access systems, or collect anything for us

Use a Separate Email

• Create a new Gmail or Proton Mail account used only for your DEAD DROP communication with Nooshin’s World™ — do not use your regular email.

• Do not use an alias connected to your regular email account

• Use a username and display name that do not identify you — no real name, initials, employer, location, birth year, or other identifying details

• Do not reuse your normal profile photo, signature, or other identifying account information

• If Google requires phone or device verification, that information stays with Google and is not visible to Nooshin’s World™ through the email you send

• Before sending, check the From address carefully. If you have multiple Google accounts connected or signed in, it is easy to accidentally send from your regular email instead of your separate DEAD DROP account.
